Solutions Architect - January 2015 - Contract

A leading client is looking to add a talented solutions architect to the team on a daily rate contract. The tem requires someone with application and web services design and systems integration experience for the latest project.

The ideal candidate will have the following experience:

- Experience working with Cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of and experience applying up-to-date design patterns with a focus on how these are implemented either in C# on the .NET platform or in Java on the J2EE platform
- Minimum of five years of leadership experience in software development, architecture, and technology.
- Experienced with application of design patterns.
- Experience building secure and scalable web applications using either .NET or Spring Framework
- Web Service design and implementation experience

This is a great opportunity for the right candidate. This is an extremely important project and attitude and communication skills are important. Experience leading high performing teams would be a distinct advantage but not essential.

This project is expected to last 9-12 months but the initial contract will be for 6.5 months.
