For our client, a pharmaceutical company in Switzerland, we are looking for a motivated and ambitious:
SOLUTIONS ARCHITECT (HCM) - HCM INTEGRATION
As part of the implementation of a new Human Capital Management solution based on Workday, to support the solution design of interfaces, we are looking for a Solution Architect who will support the design of the key interfaces to other internal systems.
The project is about migrating the Global HR Core processed from a SAP solution to Workday (currently in the design phase). The integration architecture is already defined but requires detailed analysis and description of the main interfaces so technical work can be done by near/offshore development center.
As a Solutions Architect you will be integrated within an international project team of 4 members (located in Basel and Warsaw) and work under supervision of lead integration solution architect. The main task is to review interfaces from SAP to other systems and to rebuild those interfaces from Workday to the other systems.
TASKS:
- Review of the current interfaces bound to our existing SAP system
- Match the current interfaces with the defined integration patterns available
- Verify the mapping of the SAP system to the coming Workday system to adjust interfaces descriptions if required
- Produce the technical design documentation which can be handed-over to technical experts for development
MUST HAVES:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in Human Capital Management systems (SAP, Workday ), including associated data models
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in HCM interfaces specification development
- At least 1 year experience in software development
- Relevant experience in a multinational company
- Excellent English language skills
NICE TO HAVES:
- Experience in Workday HR Software
- Experience with Tibco Middleware or equivalent
- Experience in SAP HR HCM
- Experience with near/offshoring development team is an asset
