Solutions Architect for an HCM Integration

Harvey Nash is looking for a Solutions Architect for an HCM Integration for a 1+ month project in Switzerland.

The role is for a candidate to support the design of the key interfaces to other internal systems. The main task is to review interfaces from SAP to other systems and to rebuild those interfaces from Workday to the other systems.

You are responsible for

. Review of the current interfaces bound to our existing SAP system
. Matching the current interfaces with the defined integration patterns available
. Verifying the mapping of the SAP system to the coming Workday system to adjust interfaces descriptions if required

Requirements

. Minimum of 5 years of experience in global understanding of Human Capital Management systems (SAP, Workday), including associated data models
. Experience in HCM data model (knowing how the system is built up)
. Relevant experience in a multinational company
. Experience with Accenture Data Comparison Manager
. Experience in Workday HR Software
. Experience with near/offshoring development team is an asset
. Excellent English language skills
