Solutions Architect - Biztalk Server 2009 Integration

Solutions Architect - BizTalk -6 months - £500pd - London, City

Our client, a prestigious Private Bank based in the City, is upgrading its Card System for Authorisations and Payments. The upgrade to the new system involves a complex data migration exercise between the old and new system and the introduction of significant interface development between the card system, internal systems and external third parties.

Much of the High Level design has been completed but a Solutions Architect, with significant integration experience with Microsoft BizTalk Server, is required to lead the design and implementation activities through to go live.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the over integration design activities, ensuring they have a view of the system as a whole and ensuring the quality of low level design documentation and implementation approach.

Key areas of responsibilities and experience required: -

- Previous experience in large system integration projects
- Ratification of High Level BizTalk design and QA of Low Level Design. Excellent understanding of BizTalk Server 2009 (and beyond) necessary for the role.
- Working with onshore and offshore teams to aid in design discussions and review documents where those teams are responsible for the Design Documentation. Candidates must have previous experience working with offshore developers.
- Ability to lead a team of architects at a high level and step in to low level discussions where required

Desirable

- Experience with Cards and Payments Systems
- Experience with Core Banking Applications
- Experience with Oracle and Oracle AQ
