Harvey Nash is looking for a Architect - Solutions in Switzerland.
You are responsible for
- Technical Architect to drive the adoption by business applications of Identity and Access management Infrastructure.
- Interfaces with application managers and the established IAM Foundation architecture team to perform application architecture assessment and recommend onboarding solutions.
- Drives application owners to onboard their application as efficiently as possible.
- The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate a strong command of soft skills for communicating, negotiating and influencing.
- The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate a strong command of a wide range of technical skills related to architecting solutions.
- Identifies architectural solutions that are likely to contribute to the development of new IAM concepts
- Stay abreast on the latest industry trends and best practices in Identity and Access Management.
- Interfaces with all levels of management to negotiate applications requirements, priorities and solutions.
- May interface with department/business to identify and coordinate onboarding activities.
- Is able to effectively relate his/her technical expertise to varying organizational needs.
- Ability to work independently to define, manage, and complete activities.
- Takes action to resolve customer problems or concerns in a timely manner that exceeds normal expectations.
- Maintains clear and open communications with project teams members and customers
Requirements
- Strong Knowledge of Oracle Identity Manager (OIM), Oracle Access Manager (OAM), Oracle Unified Directory (OUD), Oracle Identity Federation (OIF), and extensive experience with Identity and Access Management projects
- Degree in IT
- Fluent in English
- More than 7 years of experience in the area
