Solutions Architect

Solutions Architect, ideally with experience in designing grants management solutions to work to EOFY.

SKILLS:- - Extensive experience with complex solution architecture projects,
- Demonstrated experience with architecture using Microsoft technologies
- Demonstrated experience in system and database integration, workflows, digital records and metadata
- Well practiced solution architecture, design and development across large scale systems and various platforms; and
- The proven ability to understand and contribute to all levels of the design - business, data, application and technology.
- Desirable - experience with designing grants management systems
- Desirable - architecture experience with Universe, Linux and Oracle
- Desirable - experience with working with multiple vendors and separated networks

DUTIES:- - Understand the vision, strategic priorities and interpret business requirements as a basis to design a suitable technical solution and tailor proposed options,
- identify key gaps, risks, technologies, and advantages including efficiencies - taking into account the environment,
- Identify software/technologies to be developed or acquired and where there is re-use of existing ones,
- Provide advice and insight into the complexity of implementation, including transitional architecture, and indicative costs for each option; and
- Produce and present a final report for Executive.

Australian citizen with NV1 clearance preferred, Baseline clearance will be considered.
