Solution Specialist (SAP - QM; SAP - EHS)
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
The main purpose of this role is to bring to the team the knowledge, skills & experience of the SAP QM & EHS solution.
- Understand & Analyze the business requirements to evaluate how best to use standard SAP solutions
- Bring detailed SAP Solution knowledge (functional and technical) for the design, development and delivery of my client's Retail Template.
- Analyze and evaluate how best to translate & adopt the SAP QM & EHS processes into my client's environment.
- Analyze and evaluate how best to translate & adopt the SAP QM & EHS developments into my client's environment.
- Take in consideration link back to all design, build & test related requirements in all phases of the project.
- Translate business requirements into solution specific detailed designs
- Identify gaps and propose alternative solutions
- Bring solutions expertise in specific applications or modules
- Define, document and execute configuration specifications
- Define and document functional specifications for RICEFW
- Liaise with development teams to estimate and plan delivery of developments
- Define, document and execute detailed test scripts
- Execution of test scripts in area of expertise and responsible for resolution of test failures in collaboration with technical teams
KNOWLEDGE:
1. At least 2 years' experience and deep level of understanding in the configuration and setting up of SAP EHS Substance Management for the purpose of storing
a. Product/Substance Specifications
b. Technical and User Manuals (multiple regions and multiple languages)
c. Integration to MM, PP and QM
2. Good understanding of QM relating to QM notifications, QM Inspections through the supply chain and QM configuration.
3. The candidate must have strong skills in debug ABAP code
- Very strong stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills - Team player, milestone driven and wiliness to share knowledge to other team members.
