Solution Manager for SNC (Supplier Network Collaboration)

For our client we are currently looking for a Solution Manager for SNC (Supplier Network Collaboration) in Zug, Switzerland.

Description:

Key elements of the position: functional solution management for SNC (Supplier Network Collaboration) including implementation of enhancements.

Required Skills:
- At least 3 year experience as a functional solution architect SAP SNC.
- At least 5 year experience of managing complex SAP change requests.
- At least one full cycle of SNC implementation project in an international organization.
- Experience in designing or supporting interfaces with external parties in Supply Chain (Procurement/Logistics)
- Ability to translate business requirements into functional specification and design a solution in SAP logistics domain
- Experience in engaging stake holders and Process Owners and collaborating with business functions both on top management and key user end
- Past Experience in providing solutions in close collaboration with business
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Able to work independently
- English spoken and written
- Willing to work 75% in Switzerland and 25% in UK

Desired Skills:
- SDLC awareness or other Project management ( for ex. Prince2) awareness
- Business function experience in Procurement, Inventory Management or Logistics in a large global organization
- Supply Chain SOX awareness
- Work experience in pharmaceutical Industry
- Experience in collaborating with functional and/or ABAP off-shore resources
- Experience to work with multi-lingual, geographically diverse user community
- Good knowledge of other SAP R/3 modules - - - SAP SNC 7.0 + module of the SAP SCM suite
- Experience with XI/PI

Non-Technical profile requirements:
Some flexibility in working hours is required (occasional over-time or weekend/holiday work)
Strong tracking, coordination and project planning skills Ability to identify and implement process and/or application improvements
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Must be able to work on multiple simultaneous tasks with limited supervision
Quick learner, motivated self-starter
Excellent customer service, interpersonal, communication and team collaboration skills
Able to follow change management procedures and internal guidelines

Methodology/Certification requirements:
Master Degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science OR equivalent through experience.
SAP certification in the Logistics area.
Additional certification in ITIL or project management is a plus
