Solution Manager

SOLUTION MANAGER

Our client in the telecommunication industry, based in Zurich, is currently seeking for a German speaking Solution Manager.

TASKS

-

Co-ordinate between business, architecture, delivery and service management teams to deliver functionality as per release cycles.
-

Monitor and track deliverables against plan
-

Prepare and present highlight report to senior stakeholders
-

Ensure stakeholder participation in review and signoffs to ensure that all agreements are formalized and issues/risks escalated.
-

Risk management and mitigation.

REQUIRED SKILLS

-

Experience in managing engagements comprising onsite and offshore delivery teams.
-

Experience with Telcos is a plus.
-

Excellent written/verbal communication skills
-

Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external associates
-

Ability to collaborate with a team of professional experts in their field of accountability
-

Ability to successfully work within a multi-vendor environment
-

Ability to communicate same issue in multiple ways depending on audience to ensure correct attention is provided to resolve it.
-

Fluent in German
