Solution Lead Consultant

Energize are currently recruiting for a Solution Lead Consultant for one of our customers based in Belgium.

We are looking for a candidate to lead a team of 7 internal consultant, 3 external consultants and 50 outsourced consultants. The aim of the role is to tilt the organisation and set it up according the functional axis of manufacturing.

Key Skills;

*Have at least 10 years' experience as an Enterprise Architect in global environments
*Have at least 10 years' experience in change management and design of new processes
*Technical Knowledge of SAP and MES
*Project management experience (Prince 2)
*Experience managing multi-cultural/virtual teams
*Capable of understanding business processes and requirements and translate them into IT specifications (technical and functional)
*Experience with Apriso is nice to have

*English Speaking (Dutch is nice to have)
*Immediate start
*€675 - €750 p/d depending on experience
