Solution Implementation Manager

The Solution Implementation Manager (SIM) facilitates and enables the Agile workcell in delivering compute and store infrastructure for the stakeholder base on behalf of Enterprise including design and build activities, to meet the stakeholder requirements and timeframes.

This includes:

- To facilitate self organising teams in fulfilling the agreed scope for stakeholder group; including facilitating stand-ups and coordinating Kanban wall for tracking and reporting progress:
- Define Features in to Stories: facilitate the prioritisation of the backlog with the stakeholder and understand & communicate the capacity of the workcell
- Retrospectives and Iteration Planning: facilitate retrospectives and iteration planning. Track actions following each retrospective and guide the team on refinement of user stories and estimation.
- Stand-ups: facilitate stand-ups for the virtual team and provide guidance to resolve blockers or to progress the stories
- Showcase: works with the virtual team to prepare for and facilitate demonstrations
- Remediate technical issues whilst demonstrating strong business acumen and innovative solutioning.
- Obtain appropriate subject matter experts to enable to successfully deliver solutions.
- Proactively manage internal and external dependencies.
- Consult and communicate with all delivery partners/vendors involved in the solution delivery.
- Manage the procurement of physical infrastructure.
- Ensure infrastructure requests are delivered within the stakeholders agreed schedule, budget and quality requirements.
- Develop and maintain a strong working relationship with the stakeholder project/program manager, ensuring open and honest flow of information
- Work together for common business purposes and mutual success.

- Proactively identifying risks, issues and opportunities, and taking responsibility for tasks and decisions in a timely manner.

The role will lead a highly skilled, virtual group of technical resources to deliver IT infrastructure solutions that underpin the IT capability used to operate the client's business and customer products, while supporting all aspects of the IS business with leading edge, workable and cost effective technology advice and solutions to the business.
