My client seeks an experiences Solution Designer with experience working with identity management projects for the role of Solution Designer/Solution Architect/Microsoft FIM.

As expected with a role of this nature, candidates will be able to gather the requirements, analyse and produce the solutions design centred around Microsoft FIM in order to replace the identity management functionality of a Legacy system. Essentially candidates will be able to quickly understand what is needed, whilst filtering out functionality that is no longer required.

Candidates will be able to produce a detailed solution design to deliver requirements using FIM/Microsoft FIM whilst designing and implementing a testing strategy, including test environments. Also necessary is the specification of processes and workflows to manage identities and work closely with the Project Manager to deliver the agreed solutions within existing change management processes.

Essentially candidates will have experience with: Designing and deploying FIM/Microsoft FIM implementations/identity management, in conjunction with a number of the below:

Sync cycle/MA extensions/MV extensions/Management Policy Roles (MPR)/Sets/workflow/custom work flow actions/portal customisation/SQL.
