Solution Designer - SAP/ESRI Integration

SOLUTION DESIGNER - SAP/ESRI INTEGRATION

An initial 6 month contract role is available for an experience SAP/ESRI Integration Consultant based on the Gold Coast. Working as a key part of this large program of work you will use your substantial experience to lead the activities involving the research, investigation, interpretation and analysis of SAP/GIS integration system requirements in order to specify, design and implement an effective integrated SAP/GIS solution.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

- Analyse, design and help guide the implementation of the integrated SAP/ESRI solution
- Analyse, design and help guide the implementation for the creation and maintenance of assets across the integrated SAP/ESRI solution
- Analyse, design and help guide the implementation for asset notifications across the integrated SAP/ESRI solution
- Analyse, design and help guide the implementation for the management of work orders across the integrated SAP/ESRI solution
- Analyse, design and help guide the implementation for GIS versioning as part of the integrated SAP/ESRI solution
- Analyse, design and help guide the implementation for non functional requirements across the integrated SAP/ESRI solution
- Analyse, design and help guide the implementation for GIS core functions that form part of the integrated SAP/ESRI solution
- Analyse, design and help guide the implementation for mobile GIS into the integrated SAP/ESRI solution
- Analyse, review and make recommendations regarding GIS customisations developed by a 3rd party.
- Analyse, review and provide recommendations to the requirements and process team around basic, alternate and error flows
- Analyse and provide input into the time and costs required for the delivery of integration activities.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING:

- Substantial experience on ERP/GIS integration implementation projects essential particularly implementation of ESRI and SAP integrated asset solutions
- Tertiary and appropriate computing qualifications and substantial knowledge and/or minimum 5 years experience as a solution lead in a large complex organisation.
- Expertise in analysis techniques and methodologies
- Proven experience and success in contracts of a similar size and scope
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Exceptional task management skills
- Demonstrated understanding and experience in all aspects of organisational change management
- Experience/knowledge of the applications of IT in local government would be highly regarded
