Solution Designer (IBM Tivoli Netcool)

We have an immediate opening for Solution Designer role in Utrecht, Netherlands

Role: Solution Designer

Duration: 6 months

Location: Utrecht, Netherlands

IBM Tivoli Netcool products

a)      Knowledge  on wireless GSM/GPRS/CDMA/3G/4G and Wireline PSTN/ADSL/MPLS technology and  eTOM framework, SID, TAM and NGOSS   architecture

b)      Good understanding and experience in telecom service assurance designing  which include FMS/TT/PMS/SQM and its delivery

c)       Designing interface for FMS/TT/PMS/SQM systems eg SQM with UIM

d)      Preferable Knowledge on IBM Tivoli suite of Netcool products

e)      Knowledge on standard fault reporting interfaces eg SNMP/CORBA/ASCII/CMIP

f)       Knowledge of integration with 3rd party system  BSS mediation/CRM/Middleware/Billing System

g)      Experience in designing Fault/Performance and Service Quality Management solution for wireless and Wireline products

h)      Excellent communication skills and good leadership skills
