Solution Designer - Architect - Angular.JS - Finance - Sydney

This team is the driving force for the technology across the group to provide exceptional tools to create an innovative platform for its customers and businesses. The Application Architecture team is accountable for the development of technical architecture and design functions across our client's IT systems and departments. The team undertakes technical architectural/design responsibilities across niche bleeding edge projects with the aim to delivery with high quality and on project timelines.

This roles main function is to provide domain and/or technical expertise to both business and IT, covering all aspects of software engineering including architecture, design, build, test, release, and support within the designated scope of responsibilities. You will fulfil the technical architectural functions of application architect, integration architect, and data architect by undertaking technical solution design responsibilities within projects to ensure that the design is of the highest possible quality within the required budget and timeframe. This role could lead to Solution Architect, Lead Architect or Consulting Architect where someone has come from Senior .NET Developer or Web Development backgrounds around Microsoft and .NET environments.

REQUIREMENTS OF THE ROLE:

- Endorse IT design principles, design standards and guidelines, and best practices whilst contributing to continuous process improvement initiatives.
- Contribute to technology strategies and roadmaps, project concepts and proposals by providing input based on technical and/or domain expertise or develop proof of concept prototypes with BA's, Developers & other Designers.

TECHNOLOGIES:

- Minimum 8 years experience undertaking design and development responsibilities in ASP.NET/JavaScript web application technologies, and .NET WCF/.NET Web API application integration technologies.
- Strong experience designing rich client-side web application using HTML5, JavaScript, AngularJS, Ajax, jQuery, CSS3.
- Strong experience in web application design and development using ASP.NET Web Forms and ASP.NET MVC including .NET WCF, .NET Web API.
- You will have great time management skills and be a good team player and with excellent collaboration skills
