Solution Center Specialist

Solution Center Specialist wanted for our Fribourg based client in the pharmaceutical industry.

YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:

- Commercial education with minimum 2 years' work experience within an account payable department, preferably shared services
- Extensive knowledge of accounting tools (JDEdwards, SAP, Basware and the Microsoft Office package) together with experience in reporting
- Solid understanding of IFRS and local standards to process allocated tasks
- Languages: fluent German and English both written and spoken, another European language would be a plus

YOUR TASKS:

- 1st level support for any enterprise asset in scope of the EU FSC (eShop SRM, VIM, Basware IP)
- Managing calls and solving respective requests in the O2P area and ensuring turn-around-time
- Supporting eTravel for markets still in the EU FSC scope
- Initiating invoice processing corrections according to stakeholder input
- Training other team members together with onboarding new joiners as well as closing collaboration with all R2P streams
