The Health and Social Care Information Centre (HSCIC) is England's central, authoritative source of health and social care information. We work with our customers and suppliers to provide information to support decision making and develop products to widen patient choice and improve infrastructure.

This is a great opportunity to join the Technical Support Services (TSS) team in the HSCIC Solution Assurance (SA) at an exciting time of growth. The SA Service Desk helps support the day to day operations and activities of SA by capturing issues identified during supplier path to live activities, against critical health sector test & training environments, with an additional responsibility for logging and monitoring incidents identified as affecting patient safety in the Live Health Sector environments.  The SA Service Desk also provides first line request fulfilment, change management and access management services.
