Solution Architect - Workplace Systems - English/Dutch/French Speaking

T4S are currently looking for a Solution Architect for a role based in Brussels with a leading systems integrator for a 3-6 month contract role.

YOU WILL NEED THE FOLLOWING:

- Bachelor or Master in IT or equivalent by experience
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience with End Users Services (Workplace) infrastructure Design, Implementation, Consultancy and migration.
- MUST SPEAK BOTH ENGLISH & DUTCH/FRENCH IS A PLUS
- Create designs to meet customer expectation and require minimal rework, following review
- Works within the contractual context of an outsourcing contract and initialises as such also contractual changes
- Solution meets the appropriate optimized cost point within contractual context
- Conformity with prescribed processes and methodologies for development of solutions and their approvals
- Maximised use of business standard Portfolio, Service Elements and Delivery capability
- Regular contribution to and users of company knowledge repositories and events
- Winning new business for client in cross and/or upselling in existing contracts
- Very good consulting skills and mind set (autonomous working, team player, pro-active
- Subject Matter Expert in one or more technical domains (see below)
- Experience in designing solutions as a delivery architect for managed services and outsourcing projects is a must. This can vary from complete solutions to additional demands/change requests going from 10K to over 1 million EUR

SOLID KNOWLEDGE OF END USER SERVICES AND SERVICE MANAGEMENT SOLUTIONS INCLUDING

- experience with remote desktop services
- experience with Citrix (xen desktop, packaging, ...)
- Experience with Microsoft technologies (ad, DNS, rdp)
- Experience with packiging and deploying os and applications (sccm, others)
- Experience with migrations from OS version
- Optional: Datacenter Technologies such as Storage, Server, Virtualization, Network, standard applications (Microsoft, SAP)
- Service Management
- Experience with making designs (High Level and Low level) and writing/documenting.
- Experience in leading and being operationally responsible for projects, from design to implementation
- Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture in multi-tower context
- Solid understanding of ins and outs of the different service towers and their interaction
- General knowledge of broad spectrum IT domains
- Translation of business requirements to a customer solution in a contractual context
- Strong Commercial awareness and business focus
- Knowledge of Service Management and service delivery modelling
- Knowledge of Transition and Transformation of complex environments is recommended
- Solid writing and presentation skills
- Cost model understanding, modification and creation
- Specialist university degree or equivalent experience
- Good knowledge of solution development life cycle
- Experienced in specific technology area's (from past functions)
