-Excellent communication skills in English are vital, German beneficial, not required
-Hands-on attitude
-Strong ability to define requirements
-SEI Software Architecture certification (beneficial)
-Experience with supply chain management (beneficial)
-Knowledge of SAP and ERP systems (beneficial)
-Self-organized documentation of his/her own work (beneficial)
