Solution Architect - Quality Control/Water/LIM

My client, based around the Cardiff area, is currently looking for a Solution Architect to join their team on what would be an initial 3 month engagement.

The rate for this role is negotiable depending on your experience but is offering up to around the £400 mark.

Key accountabilities:

- At least 5 years' experience in a solution architect roles
- Able to demonstrate experience within a regulated Industry eg UKAS, ISO17025
- Able to demonstrate experience within the Quality Controls area, ideally within the Water industry
- Able to demonstrate experience with LIM (Laboratory Information Management) systems in any industry
- Degree in an Information Systems Field or Equivalent Experience preferred
- An Understanding of New Product Development Methodologies and Emerging Technologies (Mobile, Security, Internet)
- Strong Facilitation, Project Management and Organisational Skills
- Strong Relationship Development and People Management Skills
- Experience in Collaborating with, Interacting with and providing Business Recommendations to Management
- Experience in the Business Requirements Creation Process for a Technical Product or Similar Experience
- Experience in Product Management on a Technical Product
- Experience in Mobile Working, BIG Business Change (the area hasn't changed for a long time), and working in a high regulatory business.
- Awareness/Understanding of Architecture frameworks (eg TOGAF)
