Solution Architect - IT Security - IAM

Edelway SA is a Swiss IT Services Consultancy. Our global multinational end-client based in the Basel area is currently looking to hire a Solution Architect on a long-term basis.

Starting Date: ASAP

THE ROLE:

*Technical Architect to drive the adoption by business applications of Identity and Access management Infrastructure.
*Interfaces with application managers and the established IAM Foundation architecture team to perform application architecture assessment and recommend onboarding solutions.
*Drives application owners to onboard their application as efficiently as possible.
*The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate a strong command of soft skills for communicating, negotiating and influencing.
*The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate a strong command of a wide range of technical skills related to architecting solutions.
*Identifies architectural solutions that are likely to contribute to the development of new IAM concepts.
*Stay abreast on the latest industry trends and best practices in Identity and Access Management.
*Interfaces with all levels of management to negotiate applications requirements, priorities and solutions. May interface with department/business to identify and coordinate onboarding activities. Is able to effectively relate his/her technical expertise to varying organizational needs.
*Ability to work independently to define, manage, and complete activities.
*Takes action to resolve customer problems or concerns in a timely manner that exceeds normal expectations.
*Maintains clear and open communications with project teams members and customers effectiveness

YOUR PROFILE:

*IDM specialist, preferably savvy on the Oracle IAM suite, at least aware of all related concepts and techniques: SSO, SLO, seamless authentication, authorization, entitlement provisioning, delegated authentication and the related protocols (SAML, WS-Trust, WS-Federation).
*Solution Architecture skills:
Being able to translate IDM Business requirements into solution requirements, and mapping/brokering those requirements into existing internal services;
Being able to discover and investigate existing solutions or solution documentations to extract the IDM existing schemes, or to drive people to do it (solution architects or application managers).
*Project management planning and communication skills:
Being able to collect requirements, map them against internal services while sketching adoption scenario against the service onboarding process;
Being able to plan the scenario with the adopting side and the servicing side, remediating potential issues and time shifts.
*Prior experience in Pharma organization is preferred
