TASKS REQUIRED FROM THE SOLUTION ARCHITECT

- Responsible for the development and approval (status) of a the (cross-domain) solution architecture within the programme
- Responsible for the implementation and migration strategy for the Cross Domain Solution architecture
- Responsible for the change management of the (cross-domain) solution architecture within the programme
- Responsible for the quality Assurance of the Architectural design and the Compliancy of the implemented system against standard and Reference Architectures
- Involved, informed in development and approval of the reference architecture models, standards/templates and (cross-domain) target architecture
- Involved (supportive, informed) at periodical reports, Architectural sign-off advices, individual checks/sign-off's

ABOUT THE ROLE OF SOLUTION ARCHITECT:

The aim of the project is to develop the online banking channel of my client. The Solution architect is concerned with all the architectural activities within a programme. The architect is involved in setup and elaboration of Target, baseline architectures and (cross-domain) architecture for the programme involved. S/He must be able to support a work breakdown for the projects execution phase that leads to stable plateau 's and takes into account migration aspects between them.
