SOLUTION ARCHITECT - INFRASTRUCTURE & CLOUD
TASK:
Temporary technical support during the implementation phase of the cloud solution as additional Service for Data enter Care Service. Analysis of developing faults, problems, requests, tickets and the introduction of emergency measures for troubleshooting and timely solution in accordance with the agreed support parameters of the client.
- Transition of technical expertise to customer's core team in dealing with the new cloud solution
- Analysis of developing faults, problems, requests, tickets and the introduction of emergency measures for troubleshooting and timely solution according to the agreed Support parameter.
- Technical support and cooperation in integration "Service Management Processes/Tool"
- Introduction to Business Processes according defined Rules
- Coaching the core team members
MUST SKILLS:
Experienced Solution Architect in projects with similar deliverables.
Good knowledge of Cloud Solutions
Certifications are an advantage
LANGUAGES:
German and English written and spoken
