JOB ROLE: SOLUTION ARCHITECT-HP TOOLS
BASE LOCATION: COPENHAGEN, DENMARK
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: CONTRACT
THE REQUIRED SKILLS/JOB DESCRIPTION ARE AS FOLLOWS:
He/she should have experience of end to end implementation knowledge, need to have customer facing role, Solutioning, Project implementation plan knowledge. He/she should responsible for HLD & Solution Design Documentation,
He/she should be managing requirement gathering for propose solution along with Prerequisite.
He/she should be able to provide UAT Plan for solution, Knowledge & training arrangement for Operation.
Able to do transition to Operation & BAU.
specialized in various HP tools (HP Ops Bridge, Omi, Virtual performance Viewer, Service health Reporter, Service health Analyzer, BSM) implementation & configuration.
Clear understanding of architecture, data flow of tools, topology based correlation and Service Management best practices.
Detailed knowledge and experience of various HP monitoring tools at an architectural level. Knowledge of other monitoring tools at a similar level would be an advantage.
Integration of various HP tools with other 3rd party monitoring tools & ITSM as well.
Broad IT experience including full development life cycle (requirements, design, build, test, deploy, support) and IT service delivery management experience
PREFERRED:
ITIL Foundation certified.
HP Opsbridge/OMi certified.
HP BSM, HP vPV, HP SHA, SHR implementation certified.
HP UCMDB implementation certified.
PMP certified.
