Solution Architect - HCM Data Migration

NextLink is having an exciting position as SOLUTION ARCHITECT - HCM DATA MIGRATION to join our leading pharmaceutical client in Switzerland.

SERVICE DESCRIPTION:

- To support the design and implementation of the Data Migration approach from a SAP solution to Workday.
- Review of current data mapping approach
- Analysis and description of the functional architecture and data mapping.
- To map the information that needs to be transferred to Workday.
- To implement data migration with Accenture Data Comparison Manager
- To implement data verification scenario and setup

COMPETENCIES:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in global understanding of Human Capital Management systems (SAP, Workday), including associated data models
- Experience in HCM data model
- Relevant experience in a multinational company
- Excellent English language skills
- Experience with Accenture Data Comparison Manager
- Experience in Workday HR Software

Period: 2 months (until the end of December 2016)

Start date: November 2016
