Solution Architect (ERP, SAAS)

My client based in central London, requires a HR Systems Solution Architect who has been involved in the initial stages of evaluating a new Global HR system either ERP or SAAS. The ideal candidate must have strong HR Transformation and System Implementation experience along with current market knowledge of HR Systems.

The role will be based in central London with some international travel and the successful candidate will be required to start ASAP.

Skills required:

- HR transformation and system implementation
- Current market knowledge of HR systems
- HR system solution design and configuration (ideally SaaS eg Workday, Fusion, or SuccessFactors)
- Project management/Prince 2 (desirable)
- Business case development
- Change management
- Expert communications skills
- Business analyst skills such as requirement gathering and facilitating discovery workshop
