SOLUTION ARCHITECT (CONTRACT) - £400 - £450 - 6 MONTHS - BERKSHIRE (IMMEDIATE)

A leading Telco company is looking for 2 contractors to join an exciting project immediately!

Outline Brief:

- Various Unified Communications projects need the contribution of solution architect(s) to produce new product designs and ensure solution implementation according to design. All aspects of the customer wheel (find, set-up, use, pay, stop and help) are to be addressed in design, therefore skillset across network and IT (BSS/OSS) is desired as well as experience of new product development design and implementation methodology.

Keywords for relevant technical experience:

IMS, SIP, conferencing, video codecs, FMC, Microsoft Lync, CISCO Call Manager, LTE, 3G, TISPAN, design, Business Support Systems – (fulfilment (provisioning), assurance, billing) and [preferably] OSS.

The skills above are a must have! However if you are missing a couple still call me.

Skills/Experience

- As designer or solution architect in complex New Product Development design and implementation projects involving SIP/IMS or other VoIP technology
- Strong network background with also end to end design experience (BSS/OSS)
- Experience of providing solution design ownership through development and test phases of a project – generating and reviewing test artefacts as needed
- Supplier technical evaluation and selection

Top 3 skills/experience:

- New Product Development design experience
- SIP/VoIP expertise
- Working in teams
