Our client, a leading global technology company, is currently looking for an experienced Solution Architect for a project in Bern. If you are immediately available and have proven experience as a solution architect, please get in touch with us to explore further.
- Start date: immediately
- End: 4 months + extension possible
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
Temporary technical support during the implementation phase of the cloud solution as additional Service for Datacenter Care Service. Analysis of developing faults, problems, requests, tickets and the introduction of (emergency) measures for troubleshooting and timely solution in accordance with the agreed support parameters of the client.
DELIVERABLES:
- Transition of technical expertise to customer's core team in dealing with the new cloud solution
- Analysis of developing faults, problems, requests, tickets and the introduction of (emergency) measures for troubleshooting and timely solution according to the agreed Support parameters
- Technical support and cooperation in integration "Service Management Processes/Tool"
- Introduction to Business Processes according defined Rules
