Solution Architect - BPM (Lombardi & Filenet)

There is a transformation project shaping up where a current manual, paper based process is becoming automated. There is a need for a Solution Architect to oversee phase 1 (tactical implementation), whilst building phase 2 solution in preparation for phase 2 kick off.

IDEALLY THE CANDIDATE WILL HAVE KNOWLEDGE OF BOTH IBM's Lombardi AND Filenet.

Below is a break down of the accountabilities
Solution architecture:

- Develop, maintain and communicate high level plans for investing in the IT environment/infrastructure, for one or more complex portfolio/domains to ensure effective Architecture strategy is developed and maintained
- Manage Architecture development and governance processes for one or more complex portfolio(s) to promote effective governance and solution quality within Architecture

Best practice and compliance:

- Lead the development, maintenance and application of IT Architecture policies, standards and guidelines to ensure effective Architecture and Design policies, standards and guidelines are developed and adhered to
- Lead the development of solutions for one or more complex portfolio/domains to ensure effective solutions are designed
- Accountable for facilitating high quality, timely IT estimates for solutions and roadmaps to ensure effective IT estimation of technology solutions

Partner and vendor management:

- Develop and influence relationships with key stakeholders to ensure appropriate stakeholders are effectively engaged in the formulation of Architecture direction
- Provide expert technology advice within a portfolio/domain to assist the business in the formulation of business strategy and technology investment decisions

Experience:

- Seven + years experience across multiple Architecture domains, including the implementation of Architecture in various large organisations
- Strong BPM background
