Solution Architect ( Bio-pharma/Service Management) Contract Brussels

The contract is with a consultancy in Brussels to be on an assignment at a large client in the pharmaceutical sector as follows:- MISSION RESPONSIBILITIES:

The project engineer will be the prime responsible to establish the production system starting from the PoC environment.

Working with the infrastructure and governance teams as well as the developers he/she will need to:

- Collect the requirements for the production system
- Perform a gap analysis between the current and future environment
- Clear all governance procedures
- Plan and coordinate required additional development with internal & external partners
- Plan and coordinate the installation of the final environments and databases
- Define the required services around the platform and work with the IT service management group to implement them
- Document the decisions and the implemented solution
- Provide regular updates on progress to management

SPECIFIC PROFESSIONAL/TECHNICAL EXPERTISE AND KEY SKILLS REQUIRED:

Background

- Degree in computer sciences or computer engineering
- Experience in IT operations
- First experience (min. 1 year) in bio Pharma or strong knowledge on the pharmaceutical setting (GXP, Validation, Privacy Concerns, )
- General Tech affinity (Unix, Database Mgmt)

- Able to work independent and capable of defining a structured approach for new initiatives where there is no step-by-step solution available
- Able to redact comprehensive documentation on requirements, decision making, technical procedures

Nice to have's
