Solution Architect - Billing (Revenue Management)/OSS/BSS

We are looking for a Solution Architect with strong experience in Revenue Management for a 3 month extendable contract in ESAT TIMOR.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure that all BSS solution deliveries to customers.
- The responsibilities are described as
- Supporting the market and sales organization as an expert in the BSS solution portfolio.
- Together with the CPM identify scope and cost estimation
- Take a technical lead in the execution phase of customer projects;
- Define, manage and verify solutions in customer projects, including handling and management of third party products and suppliers.
- Identify new and add-on business opportunities
- In Solution Life Cycle Management Function:
- Support Solution Manager to secure BSS solution for service delivery of Solution Management is properly prepared during the Systems Integration project.
- Support the Customer and the local Ericsson marketing and sales organization as an expert on the customer solution.
- For Solution Support and Life Cycle Management activities, take technical lead in customer solution planning, development and delivery.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Degree in Electrical Engineering/Telecommunication Engineering/Computer Science/Computer Engineering or equivalent
- Background in the telecommunication industry preferably 5 years in the Systems Integration, Support, Technical Sales & Consultancy capacity, with a strong focus in Realtime Charging, Billing, Convergent Charging and Billing, Mobile Broadband Charging, Mediation and Revenue Assurance.
- Exceptional telecom knowledge (Network elements, Fixed/Mobile architectures, BSS/OSS concepts, etc),
- Exceptional knowledge in BSS solutions (Charging System or equivalent Realtime Charging Solution, BSCS or equivalent Billing Solution, CbiO or equivalent Convergent Charging and Billing Solution, MBC or equivalent Mobile Broadband Charging solution, Mediation solution and Revenue Assurance solution)
- Developed knowledge areas such as IT-IL, e-TOM,
- Exceptional Customer Orientation and Consultative Skills
- Highly Developed English language, both written and spoken
