Solution Architect - Bid - Service Mgt and Desktop

An urgent requirement has arisen at our client's site in Brussels for a Solution Architect. An ITT has arrived earlier than scheduled hence a experienced Solution Architect/Service Architect is now required for immediate start to help work on the response.

The role will be based in Brussels full time for a period of around 2 months. Travel and Accomodation will be expensed by the end client.

Candidates should have previous experience working on Bids/Proposals in the fields of IT Infrastructure covering some of the following areas:

- Service Design
- Costing of Services
- Knowledge and understanding of Service Management tools, for instance HP Service Manager, Dashboarding and Reporting, Balanced Scores
- Knowledge of Local System Admin & Desktop Management, Field Engineering, and Telephony Support
- Knowledge of Lifecycle Asset Management and ideally Logistics
- Ability to integrate solution elements from different areas/companies into a coherent solution
- Writing up of a service and technical solution
- Experience of working on bids, leading a work-stream and bid writing
