Projektbeschreibung
A client of ours in Belgium, Antwerp, IS looking for a Solution architect to work on a contact basis.
The contract will be for a initial 6 months with a possible extension. In order to further develop their capability to acquire, process and publish information my client is looking for an Information Solution Architect. The candidate will develop the future information management strategy and design the supporting information management system architecture.
Responsibilities:
- Defining and selecting the various components as well as defining the proper use of these components through guidelines, best practices & reference architectures.
- Align with the business to understand current and future needs and work closely together with the domain specialists.
-Initially you will focus on strengthening the Business Intelligence team to design the future data platform as well as take a leading role in implementing the new Master Data Management platform (SAP MDG on HANA).
- Extend your scope to other domains of information management (IoT, Office 365, common data objects).
- Build a deep technical understanding off all the technical components that make up an information architecture (Data models and stores, ETL, integration techniques, interfaces, etc..).
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in one or more IS/IT domains such as technical/functional solution design, application development, information management, integration.
- Experience with enterprise architecture, architectural concepts and/or frameworks, project management and/or functional analytics/design.
- Experience and knowledge of technical data management components such as relational databases, ETL, reporting techniques.
- Demonstrated knowledge of technical solution design, management concepts such as ETL, Data Warehouse Design, Master Data Management, unstructured data stores, etc.
- Office 365 (Big advantage)
- Knowledge of cloud concepts is an advantage
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or equal through
- Knowledge of English is required. Other languages are a plus.
