Solution Architect

My client is a leading international telecommunications company. They are urgently looking for a Solution Architect (Telecoms) who has particular experience with self-service/E-service/E-care.

Key Responsibilities:

* Define, design and document IT Business solutions delivering Business Solution Architecture (BSA) document, corresponding UML artefact's (ie Activity Diagrams, Sequence Diagrams, Use Cases) and Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) in support of documenting the program/project scoped IT business solution.
* Ensure that the solution architecture is compliant and aligned to the published Enterprise Architecture blueprints and product, technologyfrom assessment, design, build, test to production.

Essential Skills and Experience:

* 2+ years in a role of Solution Architect in a large Enterprises (Telco).
* 3+ years Software Designer experience of compound, scalable business applications.
* 3+ years' experience on the Online domain of Telco companies. Exposure to tools like self-service/E-service/E-care, E-commerce systems, Catalogue management systems, Enterprise Service Bus, API Gateways, Rules Engine, Adobe Experience Manager Development, Online Care, Online Payments, Online Analytics & Targeting, Order Management.
* Application Integration.
* Knowledge of industry standards, technology standards & architecture frameworks as TAM, eTOM, SID, TOGAF, SOA, Web 2.0.
* Solid experience in some of the following domains: Sales, Product Lifecycle Management, Application Integration, Data Management Insight & Analytics, Care, Customer Management, Billing Management, Fulfilment, Order Management, Service Assurance.
* Strong exposure in some of the technologies for services provided by Telco companies: Mobile/MVNO, Video (Analog, Digital, TV over IP), Voice, Internet, Wi-Fi, Email. Complex services for B2B customers.
