Solution Architect

This is a position working for an internal team within a medium sized team of Architects. The position has opened due to increased work load across various areas of the business and this Architect will be expected to come in and work on end to end solutions across technical platforms.

The culture is professional and high performing. It is an enterprise environment with lots of opportunity to work on complex, end to end designs which are alligned with the overall business strategy.

This Architect will be expected to be able to deliver practical solutions effectively. As this company are very busy it is important that this person can work autonomously and use their experience to start working on solutions with immediate effect.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Provide end to end solutions across various different arms of the business which are alligned with the overall business objectives
- Work with other Architects and other teams in providing expert advice and translating Architect strategies to those departments
- Presenting soltuion designs to senior management and senior stakeholders within the business and externally
- Provide technical leadership when evaluating solutions and analysing technical requirements
- Contribute to the formulation of IT policies and guidelines (roadmaps) concerning relevant architecture
- Develop IT architecture methodologies and apply them with relevant teams and areas

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

- Technical understanding should be strong, ideally from a development or applications background
- 2 - 5 Years experience working at Solution Architect Level
- Worked in an enterprise environment preferably with FS experience
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Relevant Industry Certifications - TOGAF
- Proven track record of executing solution strategies
