Solution Architect

A solution architect is required to work in a project based environment to develop high level and detailed ICT solution designs to address our clients business needs. The solutions will address all layers in the technology stack as well as design of software and information holdings.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Eliciting requirements, developing
- Documenting detailed design covering all ICT aspects;
- Consulting and advising on architectural concerns;
- Enhancing ICT architecture governance;
- Contributing to ICT architecture principles;
- Developing a domain focused ICT architecture standards for all aspects of ICT;
- Developing and enhancing ICT architecture templates;
- Developing ICT architecture roadmaps with a focus on software and information architecture;
- Performing assigned roles in ICT governance processes; and
- Assisting with team management and administration .

SKILLS REQUIRED

- A record of achievement developing and documenting solution architecture options, detailed designs and enterprise ICT Architecture products;
- A proven track record planning solution architecture work, working under own direction or as directed and undertaking work in a transparent manner;
- A demonstrated ability to work productively, show initiative and provide leadership in a collaborative environment;
- Demonstrated capacity to build strong client, stakeholder and partner relationships and to broker a way forward in the presence of conflicting requirements; and
- Demonstrated experience developing and applying an effective enterprise ICT architecture.
