WANTED: SOLUTION ARCHITECT WEBSPHERE PORTAL SERVER

For our client, one of the biggest European intergovernmental organisations, we are searching for a Senior Consultant/Solution Architect with focus on WebSphere Portal Server.

Task: Solution Architecture in the Portal & Web Content area

One Intranet project for which the emphasis will be on WebSphere Portal Server and Web Content Management (version 6, 7 and 8 ideally the supporting staff would need experience in platform upgrade and content migration between these versions). Knowledge of the Google Search appliance and in the area of search optimization and integration via web services is as well highly desirable.

Skills:

Experience in establishing and working with Enterprise Architecture methodologies, processes and tools

Experience in designing and formalizing logical and physical solution architectures and using these to guide the implementation

Very good knowledge and experience with Design Patterns and Service Oriented Architecture Experience in modern development methodologies (TDD, Continuous Integration, code reviews...)

Very good knowledge of the web technologies, in particular: UX design and UI development

standards and frameworks (HTML, CSS, DOM, JavaScript, jQuery, Dojo, PHP...)

Focus and as well MUST HAVE skills (lack of even ONE skill exclude candidate- unfortunately):

WebSphere Portal Server

Web Content Management v6, v7 und v8 (incl. platform upgrading and content migration)

Google Search Appliance (search optimisation and integration via web services)

Location: Vienna (Austria)

Start: 01.06.15

Duration: till end of 2015 with option for extension
