Solidworks Design Engineer - Long Term Contract

NonStop Recruitment have a requirement for a mechanical design engineer to support a client with a special purpose equipment project using Solidworks over a 6-12 month period.

This long term contracted opportunity will involve designing electro mechanical assemblies using Solidworks design software for an ongoing project to create a very unique piece of special purpose equipment which can not only provide long term employment but also the chance to work on a project of high interest to the design field.

Beyond the initial contract there is also the prospect of being assigned to additional projects which will also be of a similar nature, designing electro mechanical assemblies for other special purpose equipment.

A previous background in mechanical design will be an essential requirement of this role as well as a recent and comprehensive experience of using Solidworks CAD software, a degree or equivalent level qualification within a relevant mechanical/ electro mechanical engineering field would be preferred.
