Projektbeschreibung
The relevant candidate will have good experience of property law and transactions, in particular commercial property purchases and easements. Knowledge and experience of local government/public sector work and CPO's would also be advantageous. Must be able to work autonomously and be able to meet tight deadlines.
You will be a:
- Qualified Solicitor/Barrister or Legal Executive
- Have good time management skills
- 2+ Years' experience
- Must hold current practicing certificate
I am also looking for a Procurement Solicitor for the same location, you will need experience in contracts and commercial work generally with an emphasis on public sector work and procurement in the public sector to be considered for this post.
