Project Description & Responsibilities
This position will work for a project to migrate our local applications from a Windows 2003 environment to to Windows 2012. He/she will be responsible for the coordination, execution and testing/validation activities.

Primary Tasks and responsibilities
. Coordinate the migration of applications from Windows 2003 to Windows 2012, from a shared Oracle 10 to a dedicated Oracle 12 environment.
. Create Application migration instructions and define test cases
. Collaborate with the global and Windows 2003 project teams
. Compliance planning in collaboration with QA CSV
. Define test approach and support the key users in executing end to end tests across all systems involved.
. Report progress status to project management team

Technical profile requirements
. Experience in computer validation is a must
. Experience in software testing is a must
. Knowledge of Windows 2003, 2008 and 2012
. Knowledge of Oracle 12
. Experience in migration projects
. Experience with HP ALM and ClearQuest is a plus

. Excellent interpersonal, communication and team collaboration skills
. Taking ownership and showing leadership to provide direction to team members
. Must be able to work on multiple simultaneous tasks with limited supervision
. Flexible and capable of working with minimal direction and tight time schedule
. Strong coordination capabilities
. Quick learner, motivated self-starter
. Able to follow change management procedures and internal guidelines
. Accepts personal responsibility for client satisfaction

Methodology/Certification requirements
. Master and/or Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering OR equivalent through experience. Advanced course work in technical systems plus continued education in technical disciplines is preferred
. IT background is preferred

Language proficiencies
. Fluent in English (spoken and written)
. Dutch is strongly preferred
