Software Trainer, Edinburgh. £40K+ DOE

Huxley Associates is currently working with a leading financial organisation based in Central Edinburgh in the recruitment of a Software Trainer. With a track record of providing both challenging and stimulating work for employees, the company can provide you with a good selection of exciting projects to work with over the coming years.

My client is looking for a candidate that has previously been involved in the development of training material which has been designed to support IT professionals, preferably within the financial sector. This position will enable the candidate to prepare new training courses as well as update existing material; alongside this the candidate will support client implementation projects and end user training.

The candidate will hold a University Degree in Computer Science or similar fields and have commercial experience in:
* Experience as a software trainer, preferably within banking software
* Knowledge of SQL and/or other programming languages
* Experience of a client facing role and being passionate about delivery

Alongside the above the candidate will have excellent English skills; both written and spoken. Be able to approach tasks in a structured manner and have strong analytical and interpersonal skills. Fluency in German is also an advantage but not necessary.
