Software Trainer

Seeking multiple Software Trainers to work a 15 month project onsite in the Seattle, WA area.  This role will require approximately 20 to 30% travel across the United States.  The ideal candidates will have EXPERIENCE IN CUSTOMER ONSITE OR VIRTUAL INSTRUCTOR LEAD CLASSROOM TRAINING. Knowledge of the software industry and Property & Casualty business will be key.

Qualifications:

- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and apply knowledge to business operations successfully
- 1-3 YEARS PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN CORPORATE, SOFTWARE OR HIGH TECH TRAINING, preferably in an insurance agency or with an insurance automation product
- EXPERIENCE DELIVERING VILT OR ITL COURSES
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience facilitating classes and presenting to groups from 1-100+ in size
- EXPERIENCE WITH THE INSTRUCTIONAL DESIGN PROCESS
- Passionate about corporate adult education
- Must be able to thrive in a challenging work environment
