Software Testers (Web Space)

At least four years of QA experience and 2 years of web testing experience
* A strong understanding of web testing and the E-commerce space
* Working knowledge of common Internet technologies (eg HTTP, HTML, JavaScript, AJAX)
* Creativity and relentless desire to improve test coverage, effectiveness and drive to scale
* Strong customer focus and an understanding of how web experiences contribute to customer success- with a focus on global consumer audiences
* A track record of exceptional partnering across a wide-array of internal business groups, stakeholders and execution partners
* An entrepreneurial spirit and intellectual curiosity that is passionate about building businesses within a fast paced environment
* Proven ability to develop Test Plans, Conditions, Scenarios, Scripts and Measurements
* Demonstrable technical skills and work experience with SQL
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience

Preferred Skills or Experience:
* Self-starter with passion for quality who can drive the team to achieve extraordinary results
* Must possess a strong capability to excel under pressure and the adaptability to work with difficult deadlines and technical constraints
* Ecommerce and web testing background
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Demonstrable understanding of industry standard SDLC's and software engineering best practices
