Software Tester/Documentation Specialist - Secret Clearance Job

SOFTWARE TESTER/DOCUMENTATION SPECIALIST needed for a CONTRACT TO HIRE opportunity with Yoh's client located in Washington, DC.

POSSESSION OF OR THE ABILITY TO OBTAIN A SECRET CLEARANCE IS REQUIRED AS A CONDITION FOR EMPLOYMENT.

MUST BE CURRENTLY ELIGIBLE TO WORK IN THE US FOR ANY EMPLOYER.

THE BIG PICTURE - TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- One to two (1-2) years of software Testing experience
- Ability to obtain a clearance

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Help test and document new functionality for existing systems.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- One to two (1-2) years of experience writing and analysing system requirements documentation for testability, completeness, and accuracy
- One to two (1-2) years of experience with developing and executing test plans, test scenarios, test data, test procedures, and test scripts
- One to two (1-2) years of experience with RTM's
- One to two (1-2) years of experience documenting and reporting identified issues and test results
- Candidates must possess, or have the ability to obtain, a SECRET clearance.

BONUS POINTS! OTHERWISE KNOWN AS PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Demonstrated expertise in the end-to-end software testing process and methodologies
- Experience in leveraging technical tools to support technical testing including cyber security testing
- Experience with Agile methodology
- Experience with MS Team Foundation Server is a plus
