Software Tester

SOFTWARE TESTER HILLSBORO, OR 6 MONTH CONTRACT

OVERVIEW:

- Experience with notebook assembly/disassembly a plus
- Experience with system level debug (able to narrow down issue to HW, SW, system cables, etc.)
- Experience with Win8, Win8.1
- BIOS update experience (HW, SW methods)
- Document process & improvement
- Tracking boards & systems
- Shipping via internal shipping tool
- Ability to multitask and work in a dynamic environment
- Ability to adapt to different duties from day-to-day
- Some short travel may be required
- Use of personal car to transport material between client buildings may be required
- Overtime may be available or requested
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs.
- Ability to stand and work at bench for short periods (15-20min at a time)
- Rework experience a plus, familiar with using Allegro to view board files
- Ability to read schematics
