Software Test Technician

Yoh has a contract opportunity for a JUNIOR SOFTWARE TEST TECHNICIAN to join our client in Sunnyvale, CA.

Job Responsibilities:
- Perform hands software testing of business applications and software that go into our products.
- Participate in the execution of test protocols, according to SOPs.
- Record, report, and track defects to accurately depict the status of their software testing.
- Work closely with the Software Engineering staff toward the reporting and resolution of software errors.

Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience to perform at this level.
- Two to five (2 - 5) years direct related experience. (Junior Level Role).
- Previous software testing experience.
- Experience with Windows environments.
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills; must be self-motivated, willing to learn new concepts, technologies and products quickly; have strong interpersonal, writing and communication skills; strong dedication to customer satisfaction.
