REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience shipping AAA games
- Experience shopping down-loadable content
- Ability to assign work-load, tackle build breaks and coordinate with dev on repetitive break issues
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to scale during peak times
- Ability to lead the team of testers, about 8-10 members
- Familiarity with rapidly changing environments and deliverables
- Experience handling multiple deliverables
- Knows what goes into shipping a game
- Needs to be very good at planning and scheduling
- Ability to figure out the processes and the test cases
- CAR ENTHUSIAST A PLUS
This contract is expected to be 4-5 months in duration.
