Axica Recruitment is looking for a Software Tester for a 6 month Fixed Term Contract in Munster, Ireland.
* SOFTWARE TEST ANALYST - 6 MONTH FIXED TERM CONTRACT - MUNSTER, IRELAND.*
TYPE: Fixed Term Contract (please note - this is a salaried contract and is not paying daily rates)
LOCATION:Munster, Republic of Ireland
SALARY: 60,000 + DOE
My client is a global organisation operating within a Clinical field. They are now looking to expand their Software Development team by securing a very skilled and versatile Software Tester on fixed term contract basis - 6 months.
THE SOFTWARE TESTER RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
- Creating, managing and executing automated tests on numerous software components
- Performance and stress testing
- Executing final validations and user acceptance tests prior to software deployment
- Reviewing software requirements related documentation
- Driving issue resolution for bugs
- Identifying error patterns
- Driving root cause analysis
- Advising the team on estimates for specified task duration, risk levels and possible dependencies
TO BE SUCCESSFUL FOR THE SOFTWARE TEST ANALYST POSITION, YOU WILL NEED:
- Experience with Test Automation tools (such as Robot Framework, Selenium)
- Experience with Scripting and development languages (for example, JavaScript, Python, Jave)
- XML, JSON experience
- Strong experience with SQL Server
- Strong experience in testing Web based application in multiple browsers
- Experience with SCRUM or other Agile Development Methodologies
