IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Ensure technical task assignments to the team, necessary work scheduling and that the monitor/track work is completed to plan
-Ensure that the software team deliverables for the project are completed with good quality and within the overall project schedule deadlines and requirements
-Ensure that the work of the team members adheres to the software engineering process, procedures, standard work or equivalent
-Provide technical status for projects in collaboration with the project team leader
-Create necessary planning and coordination documentation such as software development plans, software configuration and management plans
-Software development process and procedure documentation
-Interface with other discipline team leaders and staff (verification team leader, hardware team leader etc.) to ensure cross functional work and that the support of the software team is completed successfully
-Perform other duties as assigned by the department functional manager in collaboration with the project team leader

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Broad experience in software project management
-Profound experience in the automotive industry, especially in the area of ECUs
-Very good English language skills
-Pronounced communication skills
-Structured working style
