Software Team Lead - Critical Safety/ C++/ Team Lead.

Location: South Wales
Salary: 45,000 - £50,000

I am currently seeking an experienced Software Team Leader to join an organisation in the Medical Device Industry. The successful candidate will be proficient in C, C++ in an embedded environment.

You will be familiar with particular safety critical standards and will be able to effectively head up and lead a team of junior engineers.

Initially when you join the organisation, you will be responsible for building you own team of junior engineers to assist you will NPD and Software Programmes.

In order to be considered for this role you MUST have the following:

- Past experience of leading a Software Team - preferably 2-5 years
- Have a thorough understanding of the entire Software life cycle
- Technically leading
- Good working knowledge of C++
- Experience of working in a safety critical environment.
